Layup Workshop

  • Layup molds made using carbon fiber tooling
  • Honeycomb core used in various applications to provide structural strength
  • High temperature kitted materials are used in various layups
  • Each layer of material is installed by hand and worked into the contours
  • All parts are then vacuum bagged and prepared for autoclave cure

Prep & Paint

  • Parts trimmed and surface prepared for prime and paint operations
  • Dust collection used to capture and extract heavy carbon dust
