Note from the Director

Dear Customers,

Airbus Helicopters has been hard at work and remains focused on our commitment to quality service and aircraft performance to better meet the evolving needs of our operators.

This year’s customer satisfaction survey has released and we encourage all of our operators to voice their opinions. Your insightful comments allow us to pinpoint what we are doing well as well as, areas where we can improve to better serve our customers.

Returning from Heli-Expo held in Dallas, Texas, it was such a pleasure to see so many familiar faces and meet with new operators. This year’s conference was refreshing, with many of our operators expressing enthusiasm and optimism in regards to the development of new opportunities for growth.

From all of us at Airbus Helicopters Canada, we would like to thank you for your continued patronage and we look forward to supporting you in 2017!

Kind regards,

Benoit Marcoux
