2015 has certainly been full of challenges: here at Airbus Helicopters Canada we have been working diligently to ensure our customers’ needs are always taken care of.
It is through your feedback from the Airbus Customer Satisfaction Survey that we are able to pinpoint what your needs are and what measures we need to undertake so we can improve to better serve you.
The results from this year’s survey have been clear; Airbus Helicopters Canada did make significant progress in all areas, but we still have room to continue to make positive strides of improvement in areas such as technical publications, service bulletins, warranty, and in our delivery of spare parts including repair or overhaul components.
Although we did take measures to improve our delivery performance for both spares and overhaul components this year, as well as adopt a new warranty policy for new aircraft and also took strides to improve our web based technical publications, the feedback from the survey shows that we still have room to improve and we assure you that will be taking the necessary measures in order to achieve this goal.
