Dear Valued Customer,

I would like to take this opportunity to provide information in regards to the processes put in place to improve our services. In technical support, under the direction of Blair Auld, we are happy to report that we have added two additional field Technical Representatives, Andre Guay in the East (to replace Marc Lajoie who has become a full time Maintenance Instructor) and Jarrod Creally, who has joined Peter Swinnard (Vancouver) and Rob Pritchard (Edmonton) out West. With the addition of Brad Morgan last year as a full time Avionics AME, it is  great to have the additional support for our growing fleet and to assist our customers 24/7 .

Our technical publications department headed by Caren Stewart is busy launching phase 2 of the e-tech pubs initiative going live this fall.

In MRO we are happy to report Benoit Marcoux has returned to ECL  and is busy working on a plan to reduce TAT for all customers. Nicolas Pignol and Dwayne Charette have been working tirelessly on an improvement plan for spares support.

Thank you to all Rotor Rewards members for your feedback. All information provided over the course of this past year has been extremely helpful.

Our training department headed by Claude Roy, has added an additional training pilot – Richard Lajoie to the team, in addition to Chief Pilot, Gary Krebs, in order to support your training needs for the upcoming season.

For more information please refer to the dedicated articles in the newsletter. A number of ECL representatives will be at HAC and available to discuss any ways in which we can better support your operations.

We hope that you enjoy this edition of the Eurocopter Canada newsletter!

Sincerely ,

Gordon Kay
