Note from the Director

Dear valued customer,

Benoit2014 and has been full of challenges but here at Airbus Helicopters Canada we have been working diligently to ensure our customers are taken care of.

Under the management of Guillaume Faury, Airbus Helicopters has embraced a transformation plan with the main theme and objective of customer satisfaction. In turn, Airbus Helicopters Canada has adapted this plan to better serve our customers.

Some of the improvements and actions we have implemented include On Time Delivery of new and used aircraft, spare parts and repair & overhaul services. We have also implemented an action plan to improve the quality of our workmanship and service offerings. After months of effort, I can say with absolute certainty that our performance in terms of services has vastly improved.

In regards to Repair & Overhaul of dynamic components and blades, not only have we delivered on time, we have shorten the TAT significantly and kept it flexible to meet customer needs.

Airbus Helicopters comes to you! Over 95% of our customers were visited at their facilities, at least one time, in the past year by either a Technical Representative or Sales Representative. We look forward to seeing everyone else in the new year. 

Our onsite service repair activity has also increased. We have been providing onsite Pilot Training regularly and we will be providing AME training in Western Canada in 2015 once again, in order to reduce the burden of travel expenses.
