Dear Valued Customer,

Repair & OverhaulAirbus Helicopters Canada, has been hard at work ensuring that you the customer is always taken care of with top notch customer service and support.

This year’s customer satisfaction survey has been released and we encourage all of you to fill it out. Your insightful comments allow us to know what we are doing well and where we could improve to better serve you.

It was such a pleasure to meet so many new people at this year’s HAI Heli-Expo 2015 in sunny Orlando Florida. This year’s Heli – Expo was a buzz with excitement due to  the reveal of the much anticipated brand new H160 and the launch of the new service programs in “H Cares”.

Airbus Helicopters has embraced this continued transformation plan with the main theme and objective of customer satisfaction. In turn, Airbus Helicopters Canada has adapted this plan to better serve our customers.

The 2015 pricing for Blades and Dynamic Components has been released and can be found by contacting any of our well trained and knowledgeable customer service representatives. We are pleased to announce that we have not increased the labour rates for the blade shop department and have actually reduced the labour rate for the dynamic components department.
