As 2013 comes to an end, ECL has recently launched the Fleet Information Update Campaign. All Rotor Rewards members are requested to provide updates on their fleet flight hours and their anticipated requirements for 2014 in terms of maintenance, spares and other services. Fleet Information helps ECL in continuously improving forecasts of customer needs while keeping all the information collected confidential. Details of the campaign & its promotion are attached in the graphic below. New members joining the Rotor Rewards program before January 31st, 2014 can participate in this promotion.


























Starting this year, two special prizes have been introduced that will reward the members with the most accurate forecasts. These are: best average flight hours forecast for the fleet & best spares and maintenance requirements forecast. Forecasting is essential for achieving the best standards on support and reactivity to better serve Rotor Rewards members.
